Islam, the Holy Qur’an mentions nuclear bomb or the phenomena by which nuclear bombs will be prepared in the final chapters of the Holy Qur’an through, directly as well as through indications and it is mentioned by way of extreme punishment to the people which would be meted out to them for their own follies so there is not as far as your question goes,
I think you wanted to ask whether Islam encourages the use of such weapons or not, if that is what you meant then Islam does not encourage the use of such weapons at all yet the Holy Qur’an, 1400 years ago mentioned this weapon by way of punishment that this punishment would be meted out to the people of that time I spoke on this in one of my khutbas and discussed in detail where it was discussed and how it I inferred this from it and also I think I spoke here a bit earlier
