In Rahman (Chapter 55) verse 32 of the Quran, are the “two big groups” referring to the Christians and the Jews ?

The context in which this is used shows that it is meant for two great divisions of future. And those divisions of the world are not on the Christianity-Judaism basis. They don’t form a polarization in this world, in this age. So it will be wrong to infer that these two are meant.

Because this Sakalan shows a polarization. Two very big, huge powers are divided and both will be equally treated by Allah in punishment. So that your inference doesn’t seem to be a correct inference.
