No, the bodies in which you will be raised on the day of resurrection will not be similar to these bodies at all because this is what has been positively mentioned in the Holy Quran. Allah says that He would change your form completely. You will not be like you found yourselves here on this earth. What is that verse? Can you repeat? Anybody remembers this verse? That is the verse to which I am referring. A few verses in fact on the same subject. At some place the Holy Quran says that He will change you completely. A total change. Because when after baddala, the word tabdila is used, that is infinitive of baddala, it means the change would be complete in every direction. A full change.
So Allah says when He raises you again from the dead, He will change you. And the change was so big, so complete, that tabdila is the word which is used here to indicate that big change. In every direction. So when the Holy Quran says you will not rise as you lived here, how can you say that you will rise again like this? Again the answer of the Prophet also clarified this issue. In the Holy Quran it is said that those who are blind here will be blind in the hereafter.
So if the Holy Quran meant the real physical resurrection, then it should be taken literally. Because if this is the resurrection of the same body which the Holy Quran is talking about, then the blindness should also apply to this body. Naturally. And one who is raised again should be blind. So this should be kept in mind. Once an old woman came to the Prophet and said, Ya Rasulullah, could I go to heaven? The Prophet smiled and said, Old lady, no old lady would be in heaven. So she cried, she started wailing, Oh woe to me that I could not enter heaven.
So he smiled back and said, no you don’t understand. Everybody would be young in the heaven. So if the same body was to be resurrected, first inference was from the Holy Quran, now this is from the tradition. Then the old man who dies as old man, that is his body which should be resurrected. And a man with one leg lost should be raised as that. Because when he had two legs then he did not die. The last thing he possessed was, he was short of one leg.
So rheumatics should get up as rheumatics. Those with pimples on the face should get up as pimples on the face. Those with features ascans and awry, differently aligned, should be raised exactly in the same position. So the ugliness you carry here should be transported to the life after death then because it is exactly the similar body which are going to be raised there. So is it acceptable to you? Yes. Yes, I see. It is acceptable to you. If a ruse is said, it is acceptable to me. No, no, you don’t understand. I say, do you like to be raised exactly as you are here? No. Question.
So the second question is that these things would be speaking, you know, in the way of speaking, telling, you know, just as I am discussing. What type of things they would be? No, that is to say that there is a sort of system which will be activated whenever you do something it is not lost. Everything is recorded perfectly.
Even if you go to a billion years before, the remnants of those times speak. And by speaking here, it is meant that they tell their tale if you know the language in which they tell their tale. Fossils belonging to more than a billion years have been discovered actually. 3.5 billion years old fossils of early bacteria have been found embedded in some rocks and they tell their tale to human beings.
So why should not human actions be recorded in some way by Allah to tell their tale when they are raised again? It is only that which is mentioned. It does not mean that they speak the language which you speak and the way you speak. It is just an expression, a way of expressing things.
