So, Rudrullah is in fact the boundary of the garden of Eden. That is, the boundary of every Sharia, every law, is called Rudrullah. Within that boundary you can roam about, taste of any tree you would like to. But beyond that, do not step out. The moment you step out that final boundary, then you will not be under the protection of Allah. That is like walking during a warfare, to walk out of the gates of a castle.
The moment you do that, then you are at the mercy of the enemy. You may or may not be hit, that is a different question. But from then on, your safety is jeopardized, and no one can guarantee any protection. So Rudrullah means to cross the boundary of the law, of the word of Allah, or law of God. And if you do that, then you do it on your own risk. That is Rudrullah. And the second was Shairullah. Shairullah are one step further, one step higher in fact. Because within Rudrullah, there are certain things of which Allah has very special regard, and will not tolerate any attack upon them.
Generally to commit a sin, that is to transgress or go across the boundaries of Rudrullah, that is a common sin. But if you step in the direction which is particularly forbidden, and which is dear to Allah and you walk towards it with evil intentions, that something is Shairullah. For example, every mosque has a sanctity. You should not violate the sanctity of any mosque. But to violate the sanctity of Kaabatullah, that is something very serious. So such offences as are committed against those few things which are particularly dear to Allah, and who have been sanctified by Allah, they are called Shairullah.
