Why do Ahmadi Muslims sometimes recite the Arabic prayer karamallah wajhu when referring to Ali while it is known to be a typical Shia practice ?

Because this way has been adopted by the Shiite followers of Hazrat Ali, mainly. And because they like this epithet, they want him to be described and there is no harm. So, we also love him. So, inadvertently we have started following this pattern. But we also say Razi Allah Ta’ala Anwar. No, we do not.

I mean, never at the cost of Razi Allah. In fact, when I say that, first I say silently Razi Allah because this is the Quranic style. And then I say Karam Allah Wajahu because you should respect the sentiments of others if they are not against principles. This is a style, this is a way of prayer and this is not at all forbidden in any way.
