Why do some Muslims kill other people?

Questioner: Why do non-Muslims kill these for no reason or for a reason?

Huzoor (rh): Because they are no longer good Muslims. The moment they decide to kill others for the difference of religion, they are not behaving like Muslims, so they should not be counted as Muslims. Because the very act of murdering somebody in the name of religion and God is an unholy act. It’s an un-Islamic. They call themselves Muslims, but they behave like non-Muslims in this respect.

Questioner: But what happens if an Ahmadi behaves like a non-Muslim?

Huzoor (rh): He also incurs the wrath of Allah. Ahmadiyyat is no guarantee for saving anybody from being on the wrong side of Allah. So if he does it, he will be punished or he will be forgiven. Allah knows better. If his good acts are more than his bad acts, maybe Allah forgives him. But he does incur that wrath. He stands in a position where he could be punished.
