The tradition which has come down to us from generation after generation is to place our hands like this, not like this. Only the difference of opinion is about this or that, not here or there. Because when Nassim-ul-Masih II had hurt one of his arms, to support it he had to do it like this. It is only the explanation for that support, not for the position of the hand. The right position is this. That also may not be wrong.
These are small things. They should not be debated so seriously and so harshly. I am just telling anybody else, because sometimes people take this too seriously. Anything between here and there which has come down through generations is okay. That doesn’t make any difference. Only what makes the difference is this, that when you know something to be right, you should do that.
Because we have handed down this tradition from our elders, so we consider it right. So for us it will be wrong to do that. But those who think this is right, let them do that and you shouldn’t object to that. But sir, we are saying that we are upholding the Sunnah. Yes, of course. Because Nassim-ul-Masih II couldn’t have gone away from Sunnah at all. This is why we are sure that all the traditions which some say he placed his hands here, some say here, those which tell us he placed his hand here were definitely right. More often than not he did it. Otherwise Nassim-ul-Masih II couldn’t have done it.
