Are the people, who are not performing pilgrimage but intend to offer a sacrifice, also required to abstain from cutting their nails and hair from the time of sighting the moon until the sacrifice ?

Could Huzoor kindly advise us regarding the teachings for those who are not performing the Hajj, but are only doing the sacrifices at their respective places, whether they will also have to abstain from nail or haircut from the time of sighting the moon until they have performed the sacrifices? No. I have answered, I said no. Another question? Thank you. Another question? All right. I am sorry to disappoint you, but this is the answer.
