Who told you that you shouldn’t eat any biscuits with animal fat? Nobody said. You can eat animal fat, all right? And you do it. Only lard is prohibited. Lard. So, if any biscuits have lard in them, then they are prohibited. And generally, nowadays, according to the present food laws, manufacturers have to mention the type of fat they have used.
So, I know if you read this, you know, written in small print, the ingredients of the biscuits you are using, that particular brand would tell you what type of fat has been used. If lard is used, then it is prohibited. But I am quite certain the food given to you here, cooked with animal fat, has no lard.
