So how did Allah create the universe? Universe? I mean everything. The holy Quran says Allah said be and it becomes, it begins to be. For God to will something is to create. You see, you also create things by your will, by ordering things to be done.
If you employ a cook, what you have, you don’t move a finger, but what you have to do is to convey to him what you want and the things become. So the difference between us and God is that we are not all powerful. We need some material agents to follow our instructions. But God is the first of everything, so he creates the instruments himself. So what he wills becomes, right?
