Moderator: His second question was, that why did God Almighty create the Holy Quran?
Huzoor (rh): Why did he create the Holy Quran, for our guidance of course, because if there were no Quran then we would not know how to please God, how to worship Him, how to hold best a relationship with our fellow human beings.
How to discharge our daily responsibilities to our wives, to our husbands, to our children, to our fathers and mothers, sisters, brothers, relatives, friends, society as a whole. So all this instruction is carried in the Quran and we can’t live without law. So the books of religion contain the moral codes, how we should shape our life on earth so as we please Allah, and when we return to Him, we return with honor, with respect to Him, with full confidence that we have been pleasing Him throughout our lives. That is why the revelation of books is essential and that is why the Holy Quran was revealed for the benefit of the entire mankind.
