Should Ahmadis join an army to increase the influence of Ahmadiyyat in a country?

Huzoor (rh): No, no, there is no point in doing that, not at all. In fact, this is wrong. Jama’at-e-Ahmadiyya teaches obedience to the law and obedience to the employer. The purpose of that army is not to increase influence, your personal or religious influence. That is wrong in principle. So no Ahmadi boy would ever do that or he will not be acting righteously according to the Ahmadi standards of morality. So it’s out of question.
